The City has been in the process of installing pressurized irrigation (PI) meters. We have been working with an engineering firm, Hansen Allen & Luce, who specializes in water infrastructure projects. They made a presentation during the 3/19/24 City Council meeting to discuss possible rate structures for the PI system, as billing will be moving from a flat usage rate (based on lot size) to actual consumption.
