Utility Bills

The City provides water, sewer, curbside garbage & recycling, and pressurized irrigation, and storm drainage services to it's residents.

Electricity is provided by Rocky Mountain Power (877-508-5088)
Gas is provided by Dominion Energy (800-323-5517)

The City accepts cards, cash, and checks as payment for utility bills. Residents can make a payment at the City office during office hours, over the phone, online, or at the 24/7 the drop boxes located in the parking lot of the Public Safety Building (3925 W Cedar Hills Dr) and at the City office (10246 N Canyon Rd)

Online Payments

The City of Cedar Hills utilizes Xpress Bill Pay, which allows residents to pay their utility bill online. With Xpress Bill Pay you can view previous and current bills, make payments, set up automatic payments, receive online bills/statements, and more. Those who wish to continue receiving paper statements will have a nominal fee added to their bill for the cost of printing and mailing the bill.
