After-Hours Emergencies
The City of Cedar Hills stands ready to assist residents with water, sewer, and road emergencies 24/7. When the city office is closed, our professional on-call public works technicians are available to respond to water, sewer, or road emergencies only—and they are just a phone call away, using the after-hours number: 801-420-2243. In after-hours emergency situations, precious time is lost when city administrators or city officials (mayor and council) are attempted to be contacted.
During office hours, city staff members are immediately available to help with city-related emergencies and non-emergencies via phone, email, or the “contact us” feature on the city’s website. Regular office hours are: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Life-threatening medical or fire emergencies should always be reported using 911. Police-related issues such as vandalism, suspicious activity, etc. should be reported directly to the American Fork Police Department at 801-763-3020 or 911.
