Several residents on paperless utility billing may have received a paper copy in January for their December service billing.  If you are one of these residents and you normally pay by Auto-Pay through Xpress Bill Pay but suddenly received a paper bill, please be assured that your Auto-Pay is unaffected and will run as usual.  We are working on correcting the paper billing going forward.  Thank you for your patience while we work through this issue.  For any questions, please call (801) 785-9668 ext. 400 or email tcarlson@cedarhills.org
