Land Use Appeals / Hearing Officer

The Hearing Officer acts in a  quasi-judicial manner, and is appointed for the benefit of residents in hearing requests to vary zoning and building ordinances set by the City of Cedar Hills. Meetings are scheduled as needed.

To appeal to the Hearing Officer, download and fill out the Land Use Hearing Officer Variance-Appeals Application and Affidavit of Property Ownership (must be notarized), and email the completed documents to City Recorder, Colleen Mulvey.

A non-refundable fee of $150.00 is required at time of application.
